Workforce Singapore Agency (“WSG”) is the owner of http://mycareersfuture.sg/ and all of its subdomains or subpages (the “Website”). WSG provides services and resources pertaining to career development. The services provided by WSG shall be known as the “Services”. The words “we”, “us” and “our” shall refer to WSG. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) is between WSG and you as user of the Website and Services. By logging in or accessing the Website and using the Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Policy and the Terms of Use at as amended from time to time. We may also collect other information directly from you (“Data”) in the following ways: (a) through your IP address, web browser type and version and/or operating system (automatically collected); (b) through your activity on or through the Website (including, without limitation, your access to Jobs Bank, your input of job search terms or skills on the Website, through the feedback survey or through the usage pattern on the Website) and site you exit to (automatically collected); and (c) through any other data and information you provide us with by whatever means of communication. All Personal Data, Additional Personal Data and Data collected from you shall be done in accordance with this Policy (collectively referred to as “Collected Data”). In accessing the Website and using the Services, you have consented for us to collect such Collected Data, in order for us to provide the Services to you effectively. 3. Retention, Use and Storage of Collected Data by WSG We require the Collected Data to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Services and the Website. The Collected Data may be used by us for the following reasons, including with limitation: (a) to operate the Services and provide the Services to you; (b) to enable us to contact you; (c) to improve the content and quality of our Services; and (d) for our internal account handling, business and administrative purposes. However, these companies will only be entitled to use your personal information in order to provide the services requested by us or as may be required by law; or ii. where third parties are engaged specifically for purposes related to employment facilitation as part of Jobs Bank, which require your Personal Data and/or Additional Personal Data; or iii. where necessary to enforce the Terms of Use, to protect the safety of our users and third parties, to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of other users and third parties, or in other cases if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law; or iv. your consent has been obtained for disclosure. Where your use of Jobs Bank is concerned, you acknowledge and accept that certain functions within Jobs Bank, when activated or used by you, will operate to send or display information about yourself, including but not limited to, your Personal Data and/or Additional Personal Data to certain third parties, and you agree to the sharing of such information with these third parties. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible or accountable for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you for sharing the aforesaid information arising out of your activation or use of such features on Jobs Bank. 5. Anonymous Statistics We may anonymise your non-personally identifiable Data, Additional Personal Data and/or Personal Data for the purposes of internal statistics (“Statistical Reports”) to help us improve our Services. All information disclosed in the Statistical Reports shall only include non-personally identifiable data or anonymised data. We may in turn pass these Reports onto third parties. 6.
