Taking career planning steps is easier when we use our career identity as an anchor for our career decision making. Our career identity is more than a job title; it is representation of who you are professionally and reminds us of who we are and what we can do.
It takes exploration and effort to understand, build, refine our career identities because it evolves and changes along with the different events, opportunities and decisions we make over our lifetime.
Join us for our in-person career workshop to go through a process of understanding and building your career identity. The workshop is designed for busy working professionals who are keen to plan for their careers.
Over the 5 hours workshop, you will uncover valuable insights, practical guidance to generate and elicit personal career contents to frame a career identity and inform possible career planning actions.
