When someone is axed from work or has been long out of work, their turmoil inside may burst out, causing conflict with those around them: managers, employers and colleagues at work or family members at home. This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive insight into conflict: its nature, the different levels of conflict and invites service users to understand their unique conflict styles. Service users will be equipped to handle conflict more mindfully whenever tensions run high with someone whether the person has been retrenched, is jobless or even if the person is employed.
