Being innovative requires a peculiar state of mind, to complement the required skill sets. In order to combine these two aspects effectively, this workshop looks at helping participants develop a “Polymathic” approach to their everyday actions.
A polymath is a person who excels across a diverse range of areas. Also known as a “renaissance man”, it is a modern day approach to excelling in a few defined areas instead of specialising in one. People who us this approach are also known as “integrators”, combining ideas and disciplines and creating a more effective approach to problem solving and issue management.
This can apply to our careers and in becoming greater assets for the organisation we work in. In this workshop, we will focus on how an individual can start on the journey to becoming a polymath and make impact in their organisation.
